The Strategy Kit / For marketing and strategy teams
Guide your team to
a clear strategy.
Work through the real options, choose the path you’re backing and explain why. Three canvases, a full-day workshop guide and slides to help you lead the work.

Your plan has
plenty of activity.
What’s the choice?
The research is done. The deck is growing. Someone asks, “Why this direction?”
Use the research you already have to understand the challenge. Develop viable alternatives, compare what each depends on and choose which to pursue.
See what your team leaves withExplain the choice.
And the reasons.
By the end, you and your team can say: here are the real options we could take, here’s the one we’re backing, and here’s why it fits who we are and what we’re trying to do.
Leave with three completed canvases, a clear strategy paragraph and agreed next steps. Where evidence is missing, record what needs checking before you commit.
Three canvases.
One workshop.
The canvases capture the thinking. The guide, slides and optional Strategy Partner help your team do the work. Explore the blank canvases and completed examples below. Each is included as a printable A3 PDF.

A few practical questions
Before you begin.
Will this craft the strategy for us?
Your team brings the evidence, judgement and knowledge of the market. The kit helps you work through the challenge, develop credible alternatives and explain your choice. It gives you a way to lead that thinking together.
Can I use it with a remote team?
Yes. Present the PowerPoint or PDF deck and capture the work in your organisation’s approved shared workspace. The canvases are A3 PDFs; editable whiteboard templates are not included.
Can I run this if I’m new to workshops?
The guide explains how to prepare, develop and compare paths, handle common sticking points and capture the outcome. The slides give the team a clear question at each stage, with presenter notes to support you.
How much time should I set aside?
Allow a full day, 09:00–17:00, for four to eight people working on one strategic challenge. That includes an hour for lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Adjust the timings to your team. If you need to check evidence before choosing, split the workshop after developing the paths and return when the findings are ready.
What is included beyond the free test?
The full kit adds the Context Canvas, Strategy Canvas, 19-page workshop guide, 48 editable slides, a PDF deck, presenter notes and fonts. It also includes the optional Strategy Partner, a Start Here page and setup examples.
What does the Strategy Partner help us do?
It helps your team examine the challenge, develop and compare paths, explain a choice and work out the next steps. The Litmus Test is included in the same partner. It asks for information as you need it and helps you decide what to work on next. Your team checks its suggestions and keeps the final record.
How do I set up the Strategy Partner?
Open Start Here in the kit and choose ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. You’ll see the setup routes available for your tool. For ChatGPT, both the Project route and the desktop workspace skill route are shown upfront. Follow the steps for your route, then send the starting message provided. Keep your research and checked strategy record together as you work.
Do I need a desktop app or an AI subscription?
You can use the ChatGPT Project route in a browser. The ChatGPT workspace skill route needs a compatible desktop workspace. Claude and Gemini have their own setup instructions. Features depend on your account and organisation’s settings. Use your own approved AI account; no subscription is included. Every workshop can run without AI.
When can I buy it, and what are the terms?
Orders are not open yet. The one-off prices are US$249 for Internal Use and US$599 for Client Use. Existing Prescription subscribers can buy for US$199 or US$479 during the first 14 days after launch. Both include a 14-day money-back policy, even after downloading. After a refund, stop using the kit; your own strategy work remains yours. We’ll confirm the launch date, final tax presentation, licence terms, support and delivery arrangements before taking orders.
Will I need to upload confidential work?
No. You can run every workshop with the downloadable files alone. If you use the Strategy Partner, follow your organisation’s policy and use only material approved for that AI service. This site does not collect your strategy or research.
